I offer individual counseling and coaching, both online and over the phone, to people who feel that life is getting on top of them or they feel they have more to give.
My approach to counseling and coaching has been built over several decades of experience personally and professionally. With a background as a behavioral scientist, I am a Certified Master Life Coach and am currently completing my training as an outcome-oriented psychotherapist. In addition to this, I have undertaken courses in Complex Trauma/PTSD, Emotional Brain Training, Polyvagal Theory, and Deep listening. I see these as tools that assist with my approach and can help in specific situations and with certain people.
My counseling and coaching services work on a person-centered approach that seeks to assist you on your path to being the best version of yourself. Depending on your own life experiences, I can assist with many areas of life, including unhelpful behaviors and patterns, dealing with emotional baggage or trauma, overcoming burnout, diminishing anxiety, reducing stress, and much more.
As I work on a person-centered basis, I offer an initial 20-minute intro chat to new and prospective clients. This allows us to both ensure that we are a good match for each other.
Depending on my availability, when I take on new clients, I like to work with them on a weekly basis to get into a flow and address the key concerns that you feel need attention at this time.
